Sultans 2

A soundtrack for the Hot Buttered movie composed, produced, arranged, and performed by Tim Gaze, Phil Graham and friends in 1991.

The tracks on this album were published by Warner-Chappel music and released on the UPUZE (pronouced "up youse!") label. Proceeds to the artists -- minus production costs -- amounted to precisely nothing. The album and movie were released in 22 countries. The recordings were done between 1983 and 1990, although most of the album was recorded at Moore Park studios in a very short time during 1990 specifically for the film.

You can download the MP3 tracks for nothing or send us an order for a CD copy of the whole thing for $20.00 Australian (about 8 pounds Sterling or $12.00 US or Euro).

NB The Sultans MP3 files are fairly large, averaging around 6 megs.

My Girl Now - Letting go

Plastic Fargens

1980s recordings from Sydney. An atypical set of recordings by the Fargen Brothers: Phil Graham, Steve Roy,  Peter Willersdorf. The band began as a three piece "unplugged" trio in the early 80s. The Fargen story continues today with the band currently recording its first album after 25 years of studio and live work. These recordings have computer drums...hence the "plastic" Fargens tag ....
