The ways in  which we manipulate our universe are often
idiotically translated into the way we see ourselves, as if we were identical to our technologies.

This is even more the case when we manage to operationalise such descriptions. When the 

clock mysteriously managed to keep time with the universe, people decided 

that we too must be much like clocks, just as 

the universe must have been.

Thus, today, many idiots see humans
as computers with bodies attached to them.
There is a certain terrorism in this kind of thinking, the kind
that eventually led to Auschwitz. The thinking continues,
but the consequences are becoming more muted. Or perhaps
we are becoming inured to the effect, like
it was just another expression of
irrationality that could
never happen here.
